PDF workflows
Merge and convert PDFs with predictable, print-friendly results.
Merge PDFs without surprises
When combining PDFs, page size and orientation can differ (A4 vs. Letter, portrait vs. landscape). A good merge keeps each page’s original size and order, without scaling. After merging, quickly scroll through the output and check that headings, margins, and rotation look correct.

Convert images to PDF
If you’re building a PDF from photos or scans, first rotate and crop images so text is level and margins are consistent. If your input images are huge, consider resizing them before converting so the PDF is faster to download and view.

Extract pages as images
Exporting a PDF page to PNG/JPG is useful for previews, thumbnails, or sharing one page in chat. Choose PNG for crisp UI/text screenshots, and JPG for photo-heavy pages.

Editing: the safe approach
PDFs aren’t “documents” the way Word files are — they’re closer to final layout. For reliable edits, keep changes small (annotations, highlights, simple text overlays) and then export a new copy. Always open the output in at least one PDF viewer and confirm fonts and spacing look right.
